Here at Vaught Homes, we take pride in every step of our home building process. We build about five to eight homes a year.  We try not to exceed five to eight homes per year because we want to concentrate on those homes and make sure homeowners are 110% satisfied.  All of our subcontractors are 100% licensed and insured and have been in their respective trades for many years.

We have built many first-time homeowner homes as well as many custom homes for those choosing to make it their last home. Either way, you can trust us to put the same quality and pride in whatever you choose.  

We have many building lots to choose from or we can build your dream home on your own lot.  We can also find you your dream lot or property and go from there.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here are a few things you can expect from Vaught Homes during the construction process:

Clearing Space

As we clear the lot for your new home, we will only remove the trees needed to allow space for the build (and then allow you to choose any other trees you would like taken down).

Adjusting Layout

We will let you be there when we layout the interior walls so that you can adjust room sizes to your liking.

Walk Through

We will walk through the home together with the electrician to decide where you want to place switches, plugs, TV/Phone jacks, etc.

3D Mockup

We will present you with a 3D version of your kitchen so you can customize the layout to your exact needs.

Allowances

We give you allowances on certain items such as Flooring Materials, Cabinets and Countertops, Appliances, and Lighting.

100% Customizable

We involve you as much as you want to be involved. You can choose your color of Siding, Shingles, Shutters, Paint, etc. and make your home 100% custom.
